The following inspection and verification work must be carried out before the charging of induction smelting furnace, which is the basis to ensure the smooth progress of smelting

1. Check and verify the burden according to the burden list, including whether the type, weight, composition and quality of the burden meet the specified requirements, and allow charging after confirmation;

2. Check whether there is any fault in each part of smelting setting and whether the operation is normal, and allow smelting after confirming production;

3. Check and maintain the crucible, remove slagging and repair the damaged parts. If necessary, bake the repaired parts before use;

4. The furnace head and main operators should be familiar with the smelting process and operation points of steel grade to ensure the implementation of smelting process.

After completing the above preparations, the loading can be carried out.
