Induction furnace is a kind of equipment which produces eddy current on metal surface by electromagnetic induction to make metal heat and melt. The induction furnace is composed of seven parts: power cabinet, capacitor cabinet, furnace body, cooler, furnace front console, furnace front console and hydraulic station. The temperature of induction furnace is between 1300-1600 ℃ (iron) after working at high voltage and high current and metal melts into liquid in the furnace. The medium frequency melting furnace is mainly used for melting and heat preservation of alloy steel, copper, aluminum and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as gold, silver and other precious metals.
