1. If the medium frequency voltage is too high, if the medium frequency voltage is adjusted too high during the long-term use of the induction furnace, which is higher than the rated voltage of the electric heating capacitor (the rated voltage of the electric heating capacitor is 750V, 1200V and other common specifications), it will cause over-voltage breakdown of the electric heating capacitor. If this happens, you need to lower the intermediate frequency voltage or replace the electric capacitor with a model with high withstand voltage;
2. In case of short circuit to ground of the electric heating capacitor, if the insulation of the electric heating capacitor is poor during the use of the electric furnace, the cathode of the capacitor will be grounded and the capacitor shell will be broken down. If this happens, the insulation of the capacitor cabinet needs to be re treated;
3. In case of water shortage, the induction furnace may deposit scale in the cooling pipe of the capacitor during long-term use, or the water inlet system may be blocked by impurities, which may cause the electric capacitor to overheat and burn out. Therefore, pay attention to the flow of the cooling water of the electric capacitor during the use. If the flow is abnormal, corresponding measures should be taken;
As an induction furnace is also an induction furnace, its working process is as follows: first, a three-phase AC rectifier (with thyristor) is converted into single-phase DC through an inverter power supply, and then the inverter bridge reverses into medium frequency pulse AC, and then a magnetic field is formed through the copper ring in the furnace.
