1、 Composition of induction furnace:

1. Furnace body: induction furnace (two sets: one for smelting, the other for standby), furnace cover, furnace frame, tilting cylinder, movable opening and closing device of furnace cover.

2. Water cooling system: including capacitor cooling, inductor cooling and cable cooling. The cooling water system is composed of water pump, circulating pool or cooling tower, pipeline valve, etc.

3. Electrical: power transformer, main contactor, balance reactor, balance capacitor, compensation capacitor and electrical console.

4. Hydraulic system: including oil tank, oil pump, oil pump motor, hydraulic system pipeline and valve, hydraulic console, etc.

2、 Furnace structure

1. Furnace body: the furnace body includes induction coil, crucible, yoke and steel frame

A. Inductor: it is made of red copper material. The inductor is composed of several groups of coils in parallel, so as to adjust the power and the direction of molten iron stirring.

B. Yoke: it is made of silicon steel sheet.

Function: restrain the magnetic line of force generated by the induction coil to disperse outward, make the magnetic wire harness concentrate around the induction coil, so as to improve the efficiency of induction heating. It has a magnetic shielding effect.

2. Hydraulic transmission system: the furnace body can be tilted to 95 degrees

3. Water cooling system: capacitors, inductors and flexible cables should be cooled, and the outlet water humidity should be less than 50 ℃.
